An energy plan describes how the building is expected to operate and the expected results. It includes:
- Facility operating hours: typical week, annual calendar
- Environmental policy: temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VOCs
- Lighting policy: type of lamps, operating hours, automatic controls
- HVAC description: system overview, basic operating methods
